...In the coming year Schwarzenegger plans more on investment. He calls for $2.2 trillion investment in his state. The money will be used to build roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects. “If we don’t rebuild our infrastructure, we’re going to fall behind economically,” Schwarzenegger said, adding that $1 billion of infrastructure spending would “create 40,000 jobs that can’t be outsourced, that are here in America.”
