BAF TRACKER:  Stimulus Infrastructure Investments 

Building America’s Future has always believed that the federal government should fund infrastructure that advances national priorities, and that states and localities should be held accountable for ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet rigorous performance standards.

To that end, we have created this page as a “one stop shop” on how communities across the country are using the stimulus to invest in their infrastructure.  Ninety-four percent of Americans believe that infrastructure investment is important, but it’s critical that we don’t waste taxpayer dollars on unnecessary projects.  All funds should be allocated to projects that will create jobs and long-term economic prosperity, increase energy independence and sustainability, and improve quality of life and public safety for our citizens and communities.
