Stages of cottage construction
Project preparation. From this stage begins the first acquaintance of the company’s specialists with the client. The customer does not have to be deeply versed in design. The company’s specialists bring you up to speed, telling you in detail about the main criteria for choosing a project. You can choose a ready-made standard project and adjust it to your personal needs. Final approval of the cottage construction plan takes place after the engineers visit the construction site.
Engineering-geological and geodetic surveys. At this stage, specialists take soil samples, assess the relief and composition of the soil, analyze how the future construction will fit into the surrounding area and what potential dangers to the construction of the cottage can carry external factors
Earthworks. Before the installation of structures, the site is leveled and trenches (excavation) are dug for the foundation and communications.
Foundation installation. House construction provides the following types of foundations: monolithic reinforced strip, slab, prefabricated-monolithic, prefabricated (reinforced concrete products), column, pile and pile-screw. The type of foundation is determined by the nature of the soil, the maximum allowable load on the ground and the price of building a house.
Installation of engineering communications: water supply, sewerage, external and internal lighting, heating systems, ventilation.
